Jeffrey Atkins aka JaRule recently plead guilty to tax evasion after failing to report income earned from 2004-2006.
JaRule now faces up to three years in prison in addition to the two years he already have to do for his previous gun charge case.
During a federal court hearing in New Jersey on Tuesday, the rapper/actor admitted & pled guilty for failing to pay taxes on more than $3 million in income.
And his enemy 50 Cent didn’t waste anytime taking to his twitter page to go in on him SMH…
According to the AP JaRule is scheduled to be sentenced on June 13th for three tax evasion charges, and could face up to one year in prison and $100,000 in fines on each count.
This is in ADDITION to the jail time he received on his previous gun charge case back in 2007.
If you recall he pleaded guilty to attempted gun possession back in December 2010, and took a plea deal of a two-year prison term which he is scheduled to be sentenced on June 8th.
JaRule didn’t comment outside the courtroom, however when Reporters asked how he felt about the current charges as he was getting into a waiting vehicle he stated, “I feel great.”
Yeah ok if you say so SMH!!!!!!!
