i was supposed to do a voice over for a Business & Economy network, a television programme i consult for on NTA, MBI and some other sindicated stations,i was meant to be there before (am but i woke up few minutes after with over thirteen missed calls from the producer...with that, i run out of the house without a shower(can u imagine?).
anyway, here i am now...doing what is not just necessary but esential.
what should i start with today?..hmnnnnnn...ok, let me leave that question for my typing fingers to answer...

CAMPUS XCELLENCE, 2ND EDITION
well its been taking like forever, but what is worth doing is worth doing well, and one of the reason why i have chosen to identify with this very laudableproject is because of its enormous potentials.right now, the maggazine is undergoing lay-out and designing.all that is needed has been put in place, now this is what the COVER will look like,i will like yyou to make your comments on what you think about it...
also, i will like to seize this opportunity to appeal to all that are in the postion of advertising in this mag, please, right now, we are humbly asking thatyou assist us by graciously advertising in campus xcellnec.Right now, we are pleading but definately, there will come a time when we wont anymore, so please, while we are grwoing, lets grow together, lets buold a long term relationship.
Nigerian audience are used to seeing magazine with celebrities gracing the cover, yes I agree that it helps your market as lots of people want to know about these celebrities and hear some gist about them. but again, my magazine is not a celebrity magazine, it is not a gist or celebrity update magazine. The vision is to showcase Nigerian students anywhere in the world-anywhere we can find them and that is why you find some of them on my cover.
It is going to be a long and arduos journey threading this path but I guess I am ready and Naija Students are ready to go with me all the way. Let us celebrate the XCELLENCE in us, our good and our best. I see CAMPUS XCELLENCE as " The Magazine of the Naija Students , By Naija Sudents and for Naija Students" simply put- Naija students from cover to cover. just wait for the next edition I bet it will blow your mind. from our newly introduced Fashion Pages to School's events, inspiring articles from students themselves and colourful pictures. You will surely have a swell reading the 2nd Edition. just make sure you grab one at any Campus near you.
APRENTICE AFRICA

if you missed the tuesday april 22nd edition of the show, then you must haved missed out big time...the event is beginning to follow hard after gthe likes of Big Brother and Idols reality shows that is themed with emotional breakdowns, betrayal, deception and all of that.
Matrix group as usual again lost out on the task given out by the board chairman, and had to loose one of its team members. it was very obvious that the team leader, Eddie was not a naija boy, cos am sooooooooo sure he wont have done what he did, acting the part of the Hero, he decided to take all the blame upon himself, leaving Nancy, who he described as a vetran of the board room.ok, eventually he was sacked from the show and that was when it all fell apart.
Tears gallore...Eddie couldnt hlp it, my younger brother had to ask..."is he gay?" cos, for him, no real man will weep like Eddie was doing, its either he is gay or not just a man after all.i was like, 'after all, who will see millions fly past him without shedding such tears?"
but in all honesty, i commend the guys and being ablew to sell the Celtel image within such shor perioid, if it was that easy, am sure that the guys employed by Celtel would have done much more without us having the company being bought over again by another company.
anyway, the surprise, the intrigue and the deception is yet to be over until the last man standing leaves with the goodie bag.
