Busta Rhymes live concert in Ghana

According to Ghana Music.com all indications are that Busta Rymes's concert on 12 September is going to be another big production — dancers, band, special effects and an intricate stage by the leading event production house in Ghana, Charter House Ghana.

“This is a strictly hip hop show, so you can expect our local hip hop artiste setting the stage on fire before the headline artiste, Busta Rhymes comes through.“For now we are doing series of meeting so we can't disclose the artistes that will support him”, Juno, Media manager of Charter House said.

Ghana Music.com has also has said that the tickets are going for 80GHC and not 100GHC (equivalent to 100 dollars) which was speculated some time back in the media.

We can expect Busta Rhymes to do some of his signature theme songs like “Dangerous”, “Gimme Some More”, “Woo Hah! Got You All in Check”, “One”, “Pass The Courvsoir”, “Put Your Hands Where My Eyes Can See”, “Break Ya Neck”, “Make It Clap”, “I Know What You Want” and the almighty “Arab Money”.


Miss Malaika: 16 To Contest For The Crown

MISS MALAIKA 2009 was launched last week with a colourful ceremony at the Royal Richester Hotel at East Legon in Accra. In all, 16 exciting, beautiful, daring and intelligent young ladies have been unveiled in the search for Miss Malaika 2009.

The search for the “Most Beautiful Girl in Ghana” is sponsored by KIA, MTN, Darling, First Choice, Gino, UB and Forever Easy. Miss Malaika 2009 is produced by Charterhouse.

The winner will take home a brand new KIA Cerato, courtesy Rana Motors, a GH¢4,800 annual salary and GH¢1,200 worth of talk time courtesy MTN, a year's supply of hair extensions, cosmetics, wardrobe and a whooping GH¢15,000 promotional contract also with MTN. In addition, the winner will work as a malaria ambassador with the National Malaria Control Board and a charity icon for Ghana's number 1 network, MTN.
