Ciara has been named one of People’s 25 Most Beautiful People at 25′ in their upcoming issue. Here’s what the magazine had to say about Ci:

Pointing out Ciara’s friendship with Kim K makes me think that some of these mags forget that she has had several number one hits and multi platinum albums. It’s borderline annoying..
