President Goodluck Jonathan: Loyalty: You Either Have It Or You Don't.

''I have congratulated the new governor of Osun state, Engr. Rauf Aregbesola on his victory at the Court of Appeal not because I am glad my party lost, but because I believe firmly and fundamentally in the rule of law. As President, I have a covenant with my Creator and Nigerians to uphold the rule of law and insist that the right thing be done at all times. Having said that, I find it sad that any member of our party will express happiness over our party's loss to the extent of laughter. This thing called loyalty cannot be bought in the market. As I said before, in our service in life whether to our family, to Nigeria, to our political party and to our friends, Loyalty is that essential ingredient that sweetens the soup of relationships and togetherness. It must be one for all and all for one. The PDP like many political parties in Africa is young but it is a fast growing Party that is yet to breast the tape of perfection. As such, I Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, call on all PDP members to think twice and deep before deriding the vehicle that brought them to national prominence all in a bid to score personal points. My dear friends on facebook while I do not want to drag you into partisan politics, the challenge before us all is to help grow our democracy by working to perfect and strenthen the vehicles and institutions of our democractic enterprise''GEJ
