Heidi Klum has one of the most recognizable names in the modeling world. Now, she's itching to change it, to Samuel.
The 'Project Runway' host filed documents this week in L.A. County Superior Court to take on the last name of her husband, Seal. The 'Crazy' singer's full name is Seal Henry Olusegun Olumide Adelo Samuel.
The pair tied the knot in 2005 and have two children, with another baby due this month.
The German-born model is now a naturalized American citizen and will find out on Nov. 20 if a judge allows the name change.
