Models Who Give Back More Than A Beautiful Face

Today is 'Valentines day'.

Here at 'santiagopad we get to experience many things. One of the beat things is the spirit of giving.

Today, i will be going to some orphanages along with some top models and beauty queens to share 'luv'...as i woke up this morning, i thought about 'givin'...and most especially, how pageant queens and models have affected the course of givin...so, i thought i'll do a special post on that today...

So join us as we look at a few model citizens whose heart to give back are just as beautiful as their appearance. 



Philanthropically minded and academically inspired, Rima Fakih has been a strong supporter of community service and numerous charities such as The Pink Fund.


Elaine Irwin Mellencamp has done a lot of work to help fight Parkinson's disease with the Michael J. Fox Fountation.



Heidi Albertsen finds a tremendous amount of joy and fulfillment from the charity work that she does. Recently she helped out Life Project For Africa.


Padma Lakshmi is one of the founders of the Endometriosis Foundation of America.


The lovely Veronica Webb dedicates her time to several charitable organizations: LIFEBeat, Product Red and the RPM Nautical Foundation.


In 2010 Denise Vasi put on the 2nd Annual Save a Life charity event.


Veronica Varekova is one of the world's most sought after models, who just happens to be one of the most active and charitable working with organizations such as the American Wildlife Foundation.


Petra Nemcova founded the Happy Hearts Fund after her survival of the 2004 tsunami. She also helps numerous other charities.


Flaviana Matata has helped The Diamond Empowerment Fund raise tons of money for to help Africa.
