Lady Gaga‘s concert at Madison Square Garden last night was a big one even for her. Not only was it attended by everyone from
Michelle Pfieffer to
Billie Joe Armstrong, but HBO taped the event to be aired in May, putting her in an elite group of ladies like
Madonna,
Britney Spears and
Janet Jackson who have taped concerts for the network. Considering her “Born This Way” has already sold over a million downloads, topping the digital sales chart in 23 countries, it sounds like she’s earned it. “Just pulled out of MSG, tears streaming down my face,”
Gaga tweeted after the show.
