Celine, whose signature song is My Heart Will Go On, the theme from the 1998 film Titantic, splashed several million dollars on the aquatic wonderland, which is believed to have boosted the value of the property for which she paid $12.5m (£8.6m) in 2005 to a whopping $20m (£13.9m).
