Vodafone would hit Accra on May 22 with an extraordinary musical concert featuring current African artistes to mark its first anniversary in Ghana.

The venue for the concert is the International Conference Centre, Accra.
 
Miss Uche Ofodille, Head of Strategy and Brands of Vodafone Ghana has said that the concert would mark an exciting time for African musical synergies and cement the belief that Vodafone is a global brand with local roots.

According to her "This is a clear demonstration of Vodafone's quest in connecting its international standing to our local operations in Africa, our belief in African musical talents and how they match up with music talents anywhere in the world" Miss Ofodille said.

Rewriting what has become the norm with such concerts that usually feature western artists with this concert, Vodafone will be using this concert in demonstrating that what is African is beautiful, exceptional and unique...making the "020 Concert".
