Trust the french, even with fireworks, the spark of 'fashion' and 'romance' is never lost.

4. On the beach in RIO DE JANEIRO: New Year's Eve in Rio, or Reveillon, is one of the biggest events of the year. The main party takes place along Copacabana beach, with over two million people partying and enjoying an eclectic mix of fireworks, samba and bands that celebrate African, Christian and indigenous traditions. Well you know how the samba guys do it...they every way blow your mind all along the way. Personally, am looking forward to being part of a new year in this Gods country...lol...is that a tall dream???

5. Tolling of the bell in MOSCOW:

Dance the night away in CAPE TOWN: Cape Town hosted one of the country's biggest bashes with fireworks, music, dancing and more at the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront Complex, a restored historic fishing terminal with chic restaurants and bars. The southerners did it their way, the way they know how to do it best.

7. Light Parade and Midnight Fireworks in SYDNEY: Sydney offers a Harbour of Light Parade, where 55 vessels made their way around a 15km circuit on Sydney Harbour. At midnight Sydney bursted the night sky open with kaleidoscopic colour and shapes.
