Hey folks, how y'all doing? its a weekend and all is going sengemenge here at my end...well, you guys remember my last post...was talking about a couple of challenges that had gotten me so into myself...i was finding it hard to open up, let alone get myself acquainted with any new friendship, but then today…I decided to open up to my instincts and it was a decision that am glad I took…I have found a new friend who is successfully finding a way very deep into the inner part of my hearts sanctuary…ok, before you guys start letting your minds go wild, it might not be what you think am saying but you just might be right though…well, I hope with time, I will let you guys in on this beautiful friend who is making the world spin around me so fast…I mean, making me go back into the world I had decided to leave behind some years back…

StatsMediaGroup an international production company owned by Tope Esan and Martin Fayomi has been granted the exclusive rights by CBS Paramount International Television to bring the nationally syndicated TV show, ‘Next Top Model‘, to Africa in 2009. Supermodel Oluchi Onweagba will host the West African series.

StatsMedia Group owns the franchise rights to ‘Africa’s Next Top Model‘ – a format franchise right to America’s Next Top Model. This right was acquired in early 2008 from CBS Paramount and is set to start production in December 2008

The format will be produced every season by region on the African continent with the initial start up being in West Africa. True Love West Africa (the highest selling women’s magazine in the West African sub region) is the media partner and official magazine for West Africa’s Next Top Model. The magazine will commence scouting for the 16 contestants of the reality show in December 2008 in several regions in West Africa (Cote D’ivoire, Ghana, Sierra Leone, Senegal, Liberia & Nigeria) with production scheduled for spring 2009.

The show will air on major African networks and on cable TV. The winner will receive a lucrative international modeling contract, a cover of True Love magazine and numerous endorsement deals from various companies in the fashion industry, nationally and internationally. This version of Next Top Model will not only highlight the models but the continent of Africa for its tourist attractions, cultures, values and its booming 21st century economy.

MULTI-TALENTED entertainer, Okey Bakassi who was recently appointed Executive Assistant to Governor Ikedi Ohakim on entertainment may inadvertently be heading for a collision course with one of the strongest forces in the Ohakim administration. This is based on his recent acquaintance with one of the hottest chick in the Imo Government House. The girl in question happens to be the top aide of the Imo State Deputy Governor, Mrs Ada Okwuonu.
