Pop star Rihanna is rocking the cover of April’s issue of Vogue’s 10th Annual Shape Magazine.

In the interview Rihanna opens up about finally feeling sexy in her body which wasn’t always the case with the Barbados beauty:

“Over the holidays, and during filming (the action flick Battleship), I realized I actually like my body, even if it’s not perfect according to the book,” she tells the magazine. “I just feel sexy. For the first time, I don’t want to get rid of the curves. My body is comfortable, and it’s not unhealthy, so I’m going to rock with it.”
She also discuss not a fan of working out:
“I hate going to the gym and doing it the old-fashioned way,” she said. “I hate anything that’s too straightforward, too routine, too familiar. I get bored really, really quickly”.
And how she was never the one to blend in with the in crowd while growing up in the Caribbean:
“When I was fourteen and first started going out, I always wanted to be the opposite of everyone else. So I would go to the club in a polo T-shirt and pants and sneakers and a hat on backward, just so I would not be dressed like other girls. I got desperate for things that weren’t available in Barbados.”
