Nicki Minaj to tour South Africa. and West Africa?

Nicki Minaj is set to pass through South Africa and mentioned that she might be passing through West Africa (no country mentioned yet…..I hate it when they do that).  This has not been confirmed via a firm press release, but she did tweet it, and that is all it takes for some folks.
