MTN PROJECT FAME 2:MIKE ANYAZODOR EMERGES WINNER


The 2009 edition of the MTN Project Fame (West Africa) has come and gone. With five contestants making it to the finals. The grand-finale of the event took place on sunday september 27th 2009 at the Ultima Studios Limited, Ogba Lagos.The five contestants were Liberian Nicholas Bulgar, Mike Anyazodor, Madonna Robinnson, Tomiwa Sangonuga and Krimi Johnson, all Nigerians.

26year old Mike Anyazodor an undergraduate of Ambrose Alli University picked up the 1st prize of N2.5million, a Toyota RAV 4 Jeep and a musical contract worth millions of Naira. The first runner-up Nicolas went how with N1.5million and a Toyota car, while the second runner-up Tomiwa went how with a Toyota Yaris and N1million.Our dear 'big mama' Krimmi was not left behind as she claimed the spot of the third runner-up carting away N1million.

The Organisers of the contest however did well as the fifth contestant Madonna was given N500,000 during the event.

The show which commenced July 19, had 15 contestants admitted into the music academy, where they were trained in the various aspects of musical performances and all the elements of stardom.

This is the second edition of the MTN Project Fame.
