Boris Kodjoe brings Ziami home to Ghana
Exopa Model Agency International has left nothing to chance in order to ensure that this year’s Ghana Fashion Weekend turns heads in the fashion world. This year, joining the numerous fashion designers from Ghana and across Africa would be Ghanaian-German Hollywood actor, Boris Kodjoe. The ‘Soul Food’ star will get the chance to showcase his Ziami clothing line to Ghanaians for the first time and also use the opportunity to find out more about his father’s home country.

SHOW TIME AFRICA OLD SKOOL PARTY

Ace comedian, Tee A officially launched his TV show Showtime Africa last year in Lagos on May 28 at an event that attracted high profile celebrities from the entertainment, business and media circuits. The event tagged VIP Launch and Ol’ Skool Costume Party held at K’s Place, Victoria Island

Everyone came out in their 50s and 60s attires and generally reminisced, had fun and a good time.

The event which held this year as usual had an A-LIST Role call, from the who-is-who in the Nigerian entertainment circle to corporate Nigeria.

With a baby Mama and an ex-girlfriend who doesn’t seem to want to let go; Will Nadia Buari ever find true happiness with Michael Essien? That’s the question on everyone’s lips with the latest court case summoned at the footballer by his estranged ex-girlfriend Dela.

Dela; an old girlfriend of Chelsea Footballer Michael Essien has dragged the footballer to court on terms that he “promised” to marry and in fact he “did” perform some sort of marriage rites on her.

Essien however is defending this claim because how can he truly engage or marry Nadia Buari when another woman is already claiming to be married to him?

This badly scripted TV Soup doesn’t end here. Whilst Essien was reportedly with Nadia and Dela (at the same time); He fathered a baby with a half Ghanaian and Half Lebanese lady in UK.

Nadia Buari however is determined to walk down the aisle with her man despite claims and accusations of cheating and lies from other Women. None of these women aside from Dela and the mother of his son have produced any evidence of his cheating ways.

Fans of the Actress will surely breath a sign of relieve when beautiful Nadia finally walks down the aisle to marry her man to whom she’s been dating for so long.

African's no doubt are making the continenet proud, well its all about my second home GHANA today, ok, is it a spotlight...hmnnn, not precisely but just thought i will do stories today on events happening there and the many successes that has become a regular routine on the Ghanaian scene.

A young Ghanaian Kwesi Nii-Lante Boakye is joining Tyler Perry's forthcoming Madea-starrer presentation, "I Can Do Bad All By Myself," from Lionsgate.
He is joining Grammy Award winner, Gladys Knight, along with gospel performance winner Marvin Winans and "CSI: Miami" star Adam Rodriguez, also, Taraji P. Henson, Brian White, Hope Olaide Wilson, and Frederick Siglar are also in the project.
The film's storyline, based on Perry's 1999 play of the same name, will follow what happens when Perry's iconic character, Madea, discovers a 16-year-old girl, to be played by Wilson, and her brothers looting her home and sends them to live with their Aunt April (Henson), a hard-drinking nightclub singer.

Shooting is already in progress in Atlanta. The release date will be on September 11.

Nadia Buari and Majid Michel Premiering Sin of the Soul in Washington DC Ghollywood, the Ghanaian movie industry as its now called has been said to be the fourth biggest movie producer in the world...hmnnn....well, the fine actor's from Ghana are not leaving any stone unturned in their quest to take their place in the world of movies.

Executive Image, one of the major movie distributors based in New York is about to premiere the most awaited, most anticipated African Movie of the year “SIN OF THE SOUL” directed by Frank Rajah at Howard University’s Cramton Auditorium on June 26th 2009.

Prior to the premiere in DC, there will be a maiden Premiere in Ghana on May 30th 2009 at the National Theatre.

The multi talented twin brothers, Peter and Paul Okoye, commonly known as P Square, a Nigeria popular music maestro group stormed The Gambia in a super mega-musical concert at the Independence Stadium in Bakau, The Gambia, on Saturday 16Th May 2009. The concert was organized by War Room and Wax Media and was proudly sponsored by Africell, the biggest GSM company in The Gambia.

n 2001, P Square won the “Grab Da Mic” competition, hence sponsorship by Benson & Hedges of their debut album, titled “Last Nite“, which was released under the Timbuk2 music label. They are managed by Bayo Odusami a.k.a Howie T, a seasoned concert promoter and the CEO of Adrot Nigeria Limited.

The Nollywood actor on Monday, sought leave of an Ikeja High Court, Lagos, to dissolve his marriage to Annette Aina-Padonou.
The marriage of 13 years is blessed with a 12-year-old daughter. Arinze told Justice Sybil Nwaka that the marriage had broken down irreparably and irreconcilably, after the couple had stayed apart for 11 years, since 29 May, 1998. He said he was seeking leave of the court to legally separate them to allow him go on with his life, promising to be responsible for their daughter’s upkeep.

Now to a very sad story...
MIKE TYSON'S DAUGHTER PASS AWAY

Tyson’s youngest daughter passed away this afternoon due to a tragic accident. Paramedics were called to Tyson’s Phoenix home at around 10:30 Monday morning when his 7-year-old son found the young girl hanging from a treadmill by its power cable.
Our hearts go out to him and his family.

May Her Soul Rest In Peace!
